We are relaxed professionals with a focus on large IT, SAP, cloud and digitalization projects. We fully support our customers with strategy and process consulting as well as technical implementation.

We are happy to welcome students who would like to support us a few times a week or during the semester break. With us, you certainly won't have to make coffee, but you can get involved in the "learning by doing" way and prepare yourself for the time after your studies.
You haven't finished your degree? You've studied something unrelated to IT, such as geology or innovation in medium-sized businesses? You have training in retail or warehouse logistics? No problem with us! We have already helped many colleagues get started in IT. Don't worry - we'll teach you all the necessary knowledge, which you can immediately put into practice.

In the heart of Lower Franconia, right on the Main, between vineyards and castles, it's a great place to work. Our location in Würzburg is not only well connected, but also invites you to take a walk along the Main or enjoy a glass of wine or two on the Old Main Bridge.
Our large office offers a variety of conference and meeting rooms, individual offices as well as phone and meeting boxes. In our "Social Hub", "Activity Hub" and "Recovery Hub" you will find a table tennis table, table football, yoga mats, relaxation loungers or just comfortable seating for a creative distraction break!
Thanks to the good public transport connections, bus and tram stops are less than 3 minutes away on foot and the main train station can be reached within 10 minutes.
Munich is considered one of the most livable cities in Germany, and not without reason: In addition to beer, the Bavarian capital also has mountains – and us.
The rooms in our Munich office reflect the features of the cityscape. A mixture of industrial style, high ceilings and spacious office spaces give our work spaces a very special charm. There is a direct connection to the public transport network via the Kistlerstrasse stop right on our doorstep, but there are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the office.

Anja Rausch has been working in the field of personnel development and personnel management for more than 15 years, most recently in an HR management position in the mechanical engineering sector of a large medium-sized company. As Head of HR at ososoft, she is responsible for all internal and external personnel issues.
