"Hello, I'm Miriam and I've been working at ososoft as an SAP consultant since January 2022. I really like the fact that I can contribute my experience and knowledge and thus create real added value for the team and my customers."

From the Bundeswehr to consulting

"Before I started out as an SAP consultant, I served in the German army for 8 years and completed my training as an office management clerk. I am a person who loves to learn new things and that's why I started studying after my active service. I completed my bachelor's degree in business administration at the FHWS in Würzburg with a focus on finance and taxes. I had already worked with SAP as a user in the German army and after my studies I got deeper into SAP by chance. But I enjoyed it so much that I just stayed."

"I currently have a project in the area of training, which means I hold training courses for the state of Baden-Württemberg in the areas of MM, SD and FI. Due to my background in the German armed forces, I also give training courses for the BWI (German armed forces and industry). No coincidence, because the German armed forces only wanted a trainer with military service experience. I am currently teaching the IS-H module in the medical supply centers. The great thing about my work here at ososoft is that it is very varied. The areas and projects are very broad, so it never gets boring and I can learn a lot."

Coincidence? I don’t think so

"When I was looking for a new professional challenge, something clicked when I saw the job advertisement from ososoft. I knew the name! I had my first contact with the company through various projects. Former colleagues also moved to the company. That was my signal to apply there."

A harmonious coexistence

"I am very happy that my path led me to ososoft. The family-like working atmosphere makes working much more fun. I feel valued and integrated by my colleagues. No matter what time of day it is, you always have someone who takes the time for you and answers questions, supports you when you are faced with an obstacle.

Of course, we also laugh a lot together, spend our lunch breaks together, and even end the day together. A decision that I would make again and again."
